Please note  that if you do not show for your appointment OR fail give us at least 24 hours written notice that you will not be  arriving to play paintball on your scheduled date and time  that you will forfeit the entire amount paid by you.

It has been explained to you verbally(upon request) and in writing that  the scheduling of additional referees as well as other  incidental monetary and HR costs are incurred by  ACPaintball when you make your reservation.

You will be making  your reservation payment of with the full  understanding that all sums paid will be collected by ACPaintball as  liquidated damages should you fail to give at least 24 hours written notice to ACPaintball that you will not be playing on the date and time you scheduled .

However  if after giving 24 hours or more notice, you indicate that you would like to schedule a future event at ACPaintball.
We will apply the full amount that you have paid to another  future paintball package at ACPaintball. This offer is valid for a period of  one-year from the date of your failure to keep your  reservation at ACPaintball.

No-shows or those failing to give at least 24 hours notice WILL NOT be given the opportunity to reschedule free of charge.
