You Have a Large Group

One of the main aspects that will affect your field choice at AC Paintball in southern New Jersey is how many people you have in your group. If you have a larger group, then you will want a larger AC Paintball field to play on. This way everyone can spread out and the game won’t be too short. The Black Ops Pentagon Woods field can accommodate groups of up to 100 people. It is perfect for birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, corporate outings, or family reunions. 

You Want to Play Woodsball

When it comes to paintball, some AC Paintball players prefer speedball while others prefer Woodsball. Speedball fields tend to be small and offer artificial bunkers such as inflatable shapes, spools, barrels, and military tanks. 

Woodsball, on the other hand, has more natural bunkers such as trees, bushes, and other foliage. The Black Ops Pentagon Woods Field is mostly natural, but also offers some artificial military tanks in the shape of a pentagon at the center of the field. Therefore, if you like having the best of both worlds, the Black Ops Pentagon Woods Field may be for you. 

You Prefer a Slower-Paced Game

Small fields make for a fast game while large fields make for a long game. In a small field, you have less space to roam. Therefore, you interact with your opponents more often. There are also few, if any, places to hide. Some games on a small field may last only a few minutes. 

On the other hand, on larger fields like the Black Ops Pentagon Woods Field, you have many places to go. You have to find your opponents before you can shoot at them. This makes for a much longer AC Paintball game. Therefore, if you prefer longer, slightly less intense games, then a woodsball game on the Black Ops Pentagon Woods field is for you. 

You Want to Play A Game An Attack/Defend or Capture-the-Flag Game

When you come to AC Paintball, you likely have some idea of what type of game you want to play. There are many different types of paintball games from regular speedball to capture-the-flag to scenario games. 

Some AC Paintball fields are better suited for some games than others. For instance, if you want to play Speedball, then our Speedball Tournament Field is your best option. However, if you want to play an attack/defend game or a capture-the-flag game, then the Black Ops Pentagon Field is a better choice. It is especially good for games like defend-the-castle, VIP, or center-flag-push. The pentagon in the middle of the field makes for a great central base.
