The 7 Guys You’ll Meet at a Bachelor Party
According to Hollywood movies, bachelor parties are life-changing experiences filled with extreme partying, drugs, strippers, and even violence. In reality, most bachelor parties are just a bunch of dudes hanging out and looking for a good time. Here are 7 guys you’ll probably meet at every bachelor party. Which one are you?
1. The Man in Charge
The Man in Charge, probably also the best man, is organizing the weekend. He’s planned the events, made the reservations, and let everyone know the details. He’ll be the one thanked for a killer party or blamed if things go wrong. He’ll be the most knowledgeable, but also the most stressed of the group.
2. The Local Dude
The Local Dude is super familiar with the area and already has his favorite spots and hangouts. He has only one goal for the weekend: do what he wants. He’ll start throwing out alternate ideas for activities from the moment you meet him. He underestimates The Man in Charge and is looking to overrule him to make the weekend worthwhile. Watch out for him – he’ll charismatically try to convince you that what he wants is what you want to.
3. The Guy Nobody Knows
Who is he? A random friend? An old relative? There’s always that one guy at the party that nobody knows except the bachelor. He’ll probably be sitting quietly in the corner on his phone. You might spend the entire weekend trying to figure out who he is without bluntly asking him.
4. The New Dad
The New Dad is likely looking forward to this weekend the most because it’s been months since he’s had a night out. He’ll probably party the hardest the first night, then sleep in the latest. He’ll feel guilty about it the next day and rush home to his family first chance he gets, mumbling something about “responsibilities.”
5. The Thrill Chaser
No amount of debauchery and partying is ever enough for The Thrill Chaser. He’s determined to make every moment like a scene from the The Hangover. He’ll be plotting ways to bring the mayhem to the next level all weekend, whether it’s absurd pranks on the bachelor or a search for the craziest underground bars.
6. The Happily Married Guy
The Happily Married Guy is pretty much destined to not have a good time this weekend. He’ll frequently go outside to call his wife and will be constantly texting her every other second. He frowns at The Thrill Chaser and will discourage anyone that wants to go to a strip club.
7. The Bachelor
And finally, the Bachelor, the whole reason everyone is gathered in the first place. He’s the guy everyone wants to be: He’ll get all the attention, won’t have to pay for anything, and has the final call on all plans. Basically, he gets to chill while everyone else works hard to make sure things go smoothly.
Want to make the bachelor feel like the MVP of the weekend (and make things easier on your wallet)? Bring the party to AC Paintball, where The Bachelor plays free in groups of 10 or more.
